The Candidates Chess Tournament has resumed in Yekaterinburg. The competition was interrupted last March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The winner of the Candidates Tournament at the end of the year will face Norwegian Magnus Carlsen in the match for the chess crown.
In the 9th round, the Russians Alexander Grischuk and Ian Nepomniachtchi drew, Kirill Alekseenko lost peace with Fabiano Caruana from USA.
